The basis for the famous top quality of the ROLLER products is the comprehensive ROLLER quality assurance system which begins with an analysis of the market requirements, accompanies the product during development and production and includes systematic quality analyses in the market.

The ROLLER products marked by “German Top Quality” are manufactured in Waiblingen, near Stuttgart, by highly qualified employees on computer-controlled, fully automatic, high-precision production centres.

An important factor for assuring ROLLER top quality are the highly modern hardening plants and the employees with decades of experience in the various hardening processes.

Special heat treatment methods in the hardening process lead to an ideal combination between strength and tenacity and to very long life, e.g. for die heads, cutter wheels and pressing tongs.

The heat treatment process is automatically monitored and continuously recorded by high performance computer technology. This ensures the consistently high quality of ROLLER products.

The quality inspections are integrated systematically into the production and assembly processes. State of the art test procedures conducted by specially trained staff guarantee the constant "German Top Quality" of the ROLLER products.

All ROLLER products comply with the respective applicable European standards according to the conditions of the EC directives and the safety and accident prevention regulations. The CE mark documents the conformity of the product with the applicable EC directives.

Many ROLLER products are additionally tested and approved by independent test institutes. These ROLLER products meet a very high standard in work safety, operating reliability and functional safety.
